Therapy built around you.
Working collaboratively towards your goals through evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to your unique needs and life experiences.
As a Psychologist, my passion is to support clients who are working towards their personal growth, assisting them in expanding their understanding of the limiting beliefs and repeated patterns of behaviors that contribute to their emotional symptoms.
Using evidence-based therapeutic approaches and working collaboratively towards the clients’ goals, my role is to support clients reframe these thoughts/beliefs and develop new patterns of behaviors aligned with their personal values, which in turn promotes symptom reduction and enables clients to live a more fulfilling life.
