I enjoy supporting early career psychologists and Mental Health Practitioners in developing their professional identity and sense of self, as well as and mid-career professionals who value ongoing reflective practice and peer support in their work.

As a Psychology Board of Australia Registered Supervisor (Board Approved Supervisor) and an EMDR Accredited Practitioner, I bring extensive experience from private practice, having worked with diverse age groups and presentations. Over the past decade, I’ve focused on supporting adult clients with a history of Complex PTSD, drawing from a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches including EMDR Therapy, Attachment Theory, psychodynamic approaches, CBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing.

Most importantly, I strive to make supervision a safe and welcoming space, where supervisees feel supported and respected in their role, and in their knowledge.

I believe that each supervisee requires a personalised supervision plan focused on meeting their needs and professional developmental stage and therefore I use different techniques and methods to ensure that the supervisee’s needs can be met.

Supervision is not just about meeting requirements; it’s about creating a safe and welcoming space for growth and learning. I strive to provide a supportive environment where supervisees feel respected and valued in their role and knowledge.
